FlowSignal is a small Johannesburg pilot, not a live marketplace. This notice describes what we collect while we test a manual handoff with one plumbing team.
How the website form works
Homeowner and trade forms on this site send the details you type to the FlowSignal operator by email. FormSubmit is used only to deliver that email. Submissions are not posted to a plumber automatically.
What we collect
If you send a request, we may keep your name, suburb, callback number, a description of the plumbing problem, urgency, and whether you consented to share the request. We do not take payment on this prototype.
Why
We use those details only to understand the job, contact you if needed, and (if you consent) share the request with one suitable local plumbing team so they can decide whether to call you.
Who we share with
We share personal details only with explicit consent, and only with the one provider chosen for that request. We do not sell contact lists or run a multi-plumber bid.
How long we keep it
During the pilot we keep only what we need to measure outcomes (accepted, declined, contacted, quoted, booked or not). Ask us to delete your details and we will, unless we must keep a short record of the consent and deletion request.
Ask us
To access, correct, or delete your information, or to opt out of further contact, email the FlowSignal operator who collected your request. If there is immediate danger, water near electricity, a sagging ceiling, or a gas smell, keep clear and contact emergency services or a qualified professional. This site does not give emergency diagnosis.
